This animation was created as part of a series for Harvard Business Publishing's online training platform "Manage Mentor". The idea for the videos as a whole was to introduce key concepts and ideas for senior level management using narratives that were engaging and playful.

 

For this sequence titled "The Creative Process", simple animated type and graphics were used to introduce some of the ways in which managers can harness their creative and innovative potential to influence others.
