Inspired by the epic journeys of the 15th century explorer Vasco da Gama, this video was created to promote a new a collection of watches by Montblanc that draw on the accomplishments of his journeys.

 

The meticulous precision and beautiful design of the watch collection sit alongside shots of people painstakingly assembling and testing the devices at the factory in Switzerland. All the while paying homage da Gama's breakthroughs in navigating the oceans with highly engineered tools and the star constellations.
