"Truth & Dare" Conference Open

The 2015 TED conference held in Vancouver was titled "Truth & Dare". The conference, as it often does, focuses on assumptions that we all have and completely upends them in the most compelling and challenging ways.

​

As a celebration of the Truth & Dare theme, this idea was developed for it's bold singularity and to serve as a powerful metaphor for the conference. The resulting one minute sequence challenges how we view and experience familiar objects, in this case a simple brick. It shifts preconceived ideas and dares us to think about limitless possibilities.

The resulting sequence was projected across three HD screens within the event space, spanning a width over over 115ft.
