Seven years after the debut of the 1st mini-series, Women, War & Peace II brings to life four more incredible stories from the points of view of courageous women who are asserting and defending human rights in disparate parts of the world. The series puts women at the center of an urgent dialogue about freedom, security and essential human values and demonstrates their transformative power in achieving and maintaining peace.

 

This opener was created to serve as a brief intro, encompassing heavily layered fragments from each of the four episodes. The use of a heavily textured collage, revealing momentary glimpses of footage was a nod to the activism and courageous energy that accompanies each story.
