"Save Money by Saving Energy" is the mantra of this 30 second tv spot created for the ad council and the department of energy. Playfully animated icons and bold typography were used alongside the v/o to express the simplicity of reducing energy consumption and saving money as a consequence. The clean design aesthetic became a visual reflection of the ad's easy premise of how a few straightforward choices can be a "win-win" for the environment and our wallets.
